Do you accept insurance?
Our clinician holds an associate license and so we do not accept insurance at this time. We do offer sliding scale payment plans in order to best meet your needs.
How do I pay you and how much do you charge?
We accept most credit, debit, check, cash, and online money transfers (example Ivy Pay). Costs range, but our basic plans include:
Individual 50-min session – $100
Individual 90-min session – $160
Cancellation Policy: Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. The full fee will be charged for missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
What clients do you accept?
Our inclusive and accepting culture allows us to serve people who are looking to personally grow, transition to a new life stage, and reach personal fulfillment. We primarily serve immigrants and refugees, people with anxiety and mild depression, and people who have experienced trauma. During your session, we meet each client with sensitivity, positivity, and respect. We offer safe sessions where we honor your privacy and provide non-judgmental therapy. Our warm and caring approach allows us to serve people from all walks of life (including ethnicity, race, socioeconomic status, religion, ability, sexual orientation, gender identity and political affiliation).
What is online counseling?
We recognize how busy you are and that you may need more flexibility in your meeting times. Online counseling gives you the freedom and flexibility that you’re looking for. We use HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing platforms such as Zoom, Google Hangouts, and/or SimplePractice. We work together to create a private and appropriate space for you. Also, because we believe in you, and because we care about your progress, our clinicians provide you with real-time therapy every time. Communication in between your sessions is kept to scheduling. If you’re interested in joining our virtual community, here’s how to get started.
Do you offer career options?
